Refund policy

We ship from our suppliers to keep prices low. 

If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or doesn’t show up within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, email ellomennopmusic@gmail.com. We will replace or refund the item. 

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
